Payment and delivery terms
Mestarikalustajat Oy 2955036-4 (later referred to as online store) sells products to private persons and companies. We reserve the right to change delivery terms and prices. Product prices include value added tax. See methods of payment section below.

Choose the products you want to order on the website by adding them to the Shopping Cart. Send the order by paying for the shopping cart contents in the online store’s Check-out function. By placing an order, you consent to these delivery terms, product prices, and delivery charges. If you have provided an e-mail address upon ordering, an order confirmation will be sent to your e-mail. The order confirmation shows the ordered products and price.
The payment intermediary for the online store is Visma Pay (Paybyway Oy, business ID 2486559-4), which is registered as a payment service provider under the Financial Supervisory Authority. Payments proceed via the Visma Pay website, and the payment recipient shown on your bank statement or invoice is Visma Pay or Paybyway Oy. Visma Pay intermediates the payments to the online store owner. Payments are safe, because all data related to the payment are relayed via an encrypted connection, preventing any outsiders from seeing the payment information.
The sale is made between the customer and the online store. The online store owns all the responsibilities related to the sale.

METHODS OF PAYMENT
Via the Visma Pay service, you can pay with web bank accounts, mobile wallet, payment cards (credit/debit), or with an invoice or a partial payment plan. The following payments methods are available: Osuuspankki, Nordea, Danske Bank, Oma Säästöpankki, Säästöpankki, Aktia, Paikallisosuuspankit, S-Pankki, Handelsbanken, Ålandsbanken, MobilePay, Masterpass, Pivo, Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, MasterCard and Debit MasterCard payment cards, as well as the Jousto and Enterpay invoicing plans.
MobilePay: You can pay via your MobilePay wallet, if you have enabled online store payments in the app settings. Payments made via MobilePay wallets are charged from the payment card connected with the wallet. If the payment card fails to charge, it is not possible to pay with MobilePay wallet in the online store.

Jousto invoice and partial payment plan is a Finnish service for fast and safe shopping. Jousto is intended for private persons who have untainted credit records. Jousto will give you a payment period of 30 days with no interest or other costs. After receiving the invoice, you can decide whether to pay it in full or in instalments. The partial payment plan enables you to pay in up to 36 instalments, from EUR 9.90 per month. The cost of Jousto partial payment plan is EUR 3.90 per month and a credit interest rate of 19.90%. Jousto is available for purchases of EUR 30 to EUR 3,000. The lending credit institution is Aurajoki Nordic Oy. Read more about Jousto at www.jousto.com.

Deliveries are made during weekdays. The usual delivery time for in-stock products is 3 to 5 weekdays. For on-demand products, the usual delivery time is 2 months. Delivery costs depend on the chosen mode of delivery, possible ancillary services, package weight, and package size. You can see the delivery costs in the online store Check-out function prior to final acceptance of the order.
If your product has been displaced or damaged during delivery, you should notify the online store about this without delay but no later than within 14 days. The delivery company should be notified about packages damaged during delivery without delay.
In accordance to the Consumer Protection Act, a customer of the online store has 14 days’ right to change or return the product. The customer has the right to change or return part of the delivery or all products therein. The products to be returned or changed must remain in their original package and in sellable condition. If you wish to return or change products, please contact the online store first to ask for instructions. Make sure you amend the delivery with your name, contact details, and bank account number for possible refunds.
CANCELLING ORDERS, PRODUCT LIABILITY, AND COMPLAINTS
Prior to delivery, the order can be cancelled by a written notification via e-mail.
The online store has a statutory liability of sold products. If you wish to make a complaint, please contact our customer service. A consumer has the right to refer possible disputes to be solved by the Consumer Disputes Board.
